I’ve gotten service done here before and the team is great. Shay helped out with everything that truly needed servicing with my vehicle and didn’t include any unnecessary services and was also very responsive with vehicle updates. Overall a great experience.

Trey is always friendly and helpful. Willing to help us out however he can. He keeps us informed. The department always figures out what is wrong and fixes it.

Location isn't ideal and waiting area pretty bare bones but, otherwise, service is usually pretty good. They even offer to pick up your car.

Very communicative and understanding of not only my own needs but the needs of their own. Being treated like part of their family rather than just another wallet was a huge part that lead me to believe this will be the place to go

My raptor has nearly 250,000 Miles and it has not required much maintenance. However when maintenance is required, Performance Ford has done an amazing job. They always try to find the cheapest route for me to keep my truck maintained at the best level possible and at the best prices.

I brought my 2022 F150 into Performance Ford for a programming recall and to get my 100,000 mile service done. Jose welcomed me and provide me with an estimate for doing the required service. He said that they would need the truck all day and he arranged for me to get a ride back home. By 2:30pm I got a call that the work complete and I could get my truck. When I arrived Jose reviewed everything that was done and anything unusual that was found.and I drove my truck home. Jose kept to the price that was quoted and never tried to add on any extras. This was the 2nd time I have come to Performance Ford for Service/Maintenance. Jose is very friendly and good in Customer service. He was very knowledgeable about the the work that was needing to be done and has the ability to explain the work in a manner that can be understood by common people. Because of the work that was done and Jose’s pleasant personality, I would definitely be bringing my truck back for future service and maintenance. John Perry

The service team in Bountiful is amazing! I love the valet service, very convenient. The service advisor Treyton was very helpful getting things done correctly and quickly. I appreciate the service package for the oil changes, other places end up charging more because you have a truck with a larger engine but there have been no hidden costs associated with the 3 oil change and route package. Thank you Bountiful Service Team!

I don’t typically take the time to write long reviews, but my experience with Performance Ford in Bountiful deserves recognition. When I first purchased my truck, I worked with William in sales. From the beginning, he was transparent, professional, and completely non-pushy. The entire buying process was effortless and enjoyable, and honestly, it was the best vehicle purchasing experience I’ve ever had. At no point did I feel pressured, and he made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Unfortunately, after the purchase, the truck developed some mechanical issues that were going to be a significant expense. This is where Performance Ford truly showed what kind of dealership they are. Shea, one of their lead mechanics, was incredible throughout the entire process. He was honest, communicative, and kept me informed every step of the way. In fact, I had already left a review previously because he was the first mechanic I’ve ever worked with who genuinely made me feel like he had my best interests in mind rather than trying to sell me something I didn’t need. What impressed me most, however, was the involvement of General Manager Steve. He personally reached out to me and spent considerable time discussing the situation. Through multiple phone calls, he listened, worked with me, and consistently focused on finding a solution that would leave me satisfied. We ultimately reached a resolution that everyone was happy with, and I honestly feel like I came out ahead. It’s easy for a dealership to be helpful when everything goes perfectly. What matters is how they respond when challenges arise. Performance Ford proved that their priority is taking care of their customers, even when it doesn’t necessarily benefit them the most. I can’t express how grateful I am for the way William, Shea, and Steve handled everything. They earned my trust, my respect, and my future business.

Andrew was super helpful and had quick response times got my car in and out in no time highly recommend working with him

Rob always takes care of us. We took our car in to have it serviced with an oil change Saturday and he made sure to get us in and out. The whole process took maybe a half hour to 40 minutes and had us on the road.

Rob took great care of us. Their service and parts departments have great staffs and are always ready to go the extra mile. Will definitely return to Performance Ford for our next service.
